Abstract:
ThispaperfocusesonthepracticalteachingaspectsoftheMaster'sdegreeinEducation,specificallywithintheEnglishEducationmajor.Byexaminingthecurriculum,teachingmethods,andstudentoutcomesatJilinUniversityofForeignLanguages,thiscasestudyaimstoexplorehowpracticalteachingisimplementedintheprogram.ThefindingsofthisstudyofferinsightsintotheeffectivenessofpracticalteachingmethodsandtheircontributiontotheoverallprofessionaldevelopmentofEnglisheducationgraduatestudents.
Introduction:
TheMaster'sdegreeinEducation,withaspecializationinEnglishEducation,playsasignificantroleinshapingtheprofessionaldevelopmentoffutureeducators.TheaimofthisstudyistoinvestigatethepracticalteachingapproachimplementedinthisprogramatJilinUniversityofForeignLanguages.Byunderstandingthecurriculum,teachingmethods,andstudentoutcomes,thisresearchaimstoprovideacomprehensiveanalysisofthepracticalteachingstrategiesandtheireffectiveness.
Methods:
Thisstudyadoptsaqualitativeresearchdesign,focusingoncasestudymethodology.Datawillbecollectedthroughdocumentanalysisofthecurriculum,observationofclassroomactivities,andinterviewswithbothstudentsandfacultymembers.Theanalyzeddatawillbecategorized,coded,andinterpretedtoidentifykeythemesandpatterns.Thefindingswillthenbepresentedanddiscussedinrelationtotheresearchobjectives.
Results:
TheresultsrevealthattheMaster'sdegreeinEducationprogramatJilinUniversityofForeignLanguagesintegratespracticalteachingthroughoutitscurriculum.Theprogramemphasizestheapplicationoftheoreticalknowledgethroughhands-onexperiencesinrealclassroomsettings.Englisheducationgraduatestudentsareexposedtostudentteaching,microteaching,andotherpracticalteachingopportunities,allowingthemtodevelopskillsnecessaryforeffectiveclassroommanagement,curriculumdesign,andassessment.Furthermore,theprogramencouragescollaborationandreflectionamongstudents,f
