1型糖尿病TAP基因多态性的Meta分析

[摘要]目的用Meta分析的方法综合评价国内外有关TAP基因各位点多态性与1型糖尿病关联性的
研究。材料与方法检索中国生物医学文献数据库、MEDLINE和EMBASE数据库．收集所有相关的病例对照试
验，应用RevMan4．2软件对符合条件的所有研究结果进行Meta分析，包括异质性检验、合并效应量以及评估发表
偏倚。结果符合纳入标准的共12篇文献。TAP1—333V／V纯合子、TAP2—665A／T杂合子可能是1型糖尿病的保
护性基因型，合并OR值及其95％置信区间分别为0．31(0．16，0．59)和0．46(0．30，0．72)，P<0．05；TAP2D单倍
体型可能是1型糖尿病的保护性单倍体型，其合并OR值和95％置信区间为0．67(0．47，0．93)，P<0．05。TAP2F
单倍体型可能是1型糖尿病的易感性单倍体型，其合并OR值和95％置信区间为2．51(1．62，3．90)，P<0．05。结
论1型糖尿病与TAP基因的多态性可能具有关联性。
