中小学心理健康教育教师身份认同感的研究 Title:IdentityinMentalHealthEducationTeachersinPrimaryandSecondarySchools Abstract: Astheimportanceofmentalhealtheducationinprimaryandsecondaryschoolsisincreasinglyrecognized,theroleofteachersinthisfieldbecomescrucial.Thisresearchaimstoexploretheidentityofteachersinvolvedinmentalhealtheducationanddeterminethefactorsthatcontributetotheirsenseofidentity.Thestudyemploysaqualitativeresearchdesign,includinginterviewsandsurveyswithmentalhealtheducationteachers.Thefindingssuggestthatthesenseofidentityinmentalhealtheducationteachersisinfluencedbytheirprofessionaltraining,personalexperiences,jobsatisfaction,perceivedsupport,andself-efficacy.Understandingthefactorsthatshapeteachers'identityinmentalhealtheducationcaninformthedevelopmentofeffectivesupportandtrainingprograms,leadingtoimprovedmentalhealtheducationinschools. 1.Introduction: Mentalhealtheducationhasgainedincreasingrecognitioninprimaryandsecondaryschoolsduetothegrowingconcernsaboutthementalwell-beingofstudents.Teachersplayacrucialroleinprovidingstudentswiththenecessaryknowledgeandskillstopromotementalhealthandwell-being.Thisstudyaimstoexploretheidentityofteachersinvolvedinmentalhealtheducationandunderstandthefactorsthatcontributetothissenseofidentity. 2.Methodology: Theresearchdesignadoptsaqualitativeapproachtogainadeepunderstandingoftheteachers'identity.Interviewswillbeconductedwithmentalhealtheducationteacherstoexploretheirexperiences,perceptions,andchallengesindeliveringmentalhealtheducation.Theinterviewswillbesemi-structuredtoallowforflexibilityandin-depthexplorationofrelevanttopics.Additionally,asurveywillbeadministeredtogatherquantitativedataonteachers'jobsatisfaction,self-efficacy,andperceivedsupport. 3.FactorsShapingTeacherIdentity: a)ProfessionalTraining:Thestudyaimstoexaminetheimpactofprofessionaltrainingontheidentityofmentalhealtheducationteachers.Itwillexplorewhetherteacherswithspecializedtraininginmentalhealtheducationexhibitastrongeridentityinthisfieldcomparedtothosewithoutsuchtrain
