某10层大厦暖通空调、通风、防排烟设计PAGEII某10层大厦暖通空调、通风、防排烟设计摘要本建筑位于江苏省南京市，是一栋楼层为10层，集餐饮、娱乐、住宿和地下车库为一体的综合性建筑物。本设计旨在对该大厦进行空调、通风与防排烟设计，力求达到经济、舒适、实用，并尽可能满足节能的要求。总建筑面积17300m2，空调面积约8179m2。夏季设计冷负荷为1209kW，是一项能耗较大的工程。本工程采用水冷螺杆冷水机组作为空调的冷源进行夏季制冷，冬季采用热水锅炉进行供暖。通过对各种空调方式的比较，精品商店等大空间区域采用一次回风集中式中央空调系统，其余场所采用吊顶风柜或独立新风加风机盘管等半集中方式。该大厦一至三楼东、西侧空调区域分别共用一个冷冻水环路，四至十层共用另一冷冻水环路。建筑内走道采用竖井排烟，排烟风机设置在10层；中庭通过在裙楼屋顶层采光棚旁设置风机来实现排烟；防烟楼梯间和消防前室进行机械送风来保证疏散安全，其中防烟楼梯间设置正压为40Pa~50Pa，消防前室设置正压为25Pa~30Pa。地下车库采取车道自然补风，设置机械排风、排烟。卫生间均采用通风器进行排风。关键词：水冷螺杆冷水机组，节能，风机盘管系统，机械排烟AbstractThebuildingislocatedinNanjingJiangsuProvince,withtotallayersof10,whichisasetincludingcatering,entertainment,accomodationandanundergroundgarageasoneintegratedbuilding.Thedesignaimsataffordingcomfortairconditioningforthebuilding,achievingcriterionoffirecontrol,andofferinganeconomical,comfortable，convenientandpracticalsystem.Alsoitshouldmeettherequirementofenergy-saving.Thebuildingconstructionareais17300m2whileair-conditioningareaisabout8179m2.Thetotaldesigncoolingloadinthesummeris1209kW.It’saprojectwithheavyenergy-consuming.Theprojectadoptswater-cooledscrewchillerareselectedinsummertoofferingchilledwater,andboilerproducinghotwaterisselectedinwinter.Afteracomparisonofdifferentairconditioningplans,theboutiqueshopsandbigspaceareaadoptscentralair-conditioningsystemwithprimaryreturnair,whileotherpartsadoptfancoilunitsystemwithindependentfreshairorceilingtypeairhandlingunits.ThebuildingonFloor1toFloor3oftheeastensideandthewestsiderespectivelyoneofthechilledwaterloop,Floor4toFloor10areservedbyanotherclosedwaterloop.Buildingintheaislebyexhaustshaft,theexhaustfanisarrangedinthe10layer;atriumthroughthefanarearrangedintherooflayerlightingshedadjacenttoachievesmoke;smokepreventingstaircaseandthefireroomforairtoensuretheevacuationsafetyofmachinery,includingsmokepreventingstaircasesetpressureis40Pa~50Pa,firecontrolroomissetpressure25Pa~30Pa.Theundergroundgaragesupplementaryairisinducedbythetrafficlanenaturally,whilemechanicalairandsmokeexhaustsystemsareinst
